Vid2DICOM: Captures Video information converting it to DICOM.

jpeg2DICOM: Reads Bitmap or JPEG images an converts them into DICOM.

Xps2DICOM: Print from any Windows application to a DICOM PACS.

All of them support Worklist and PACS query for retrieving patient demographics.
